華韻九芳樂團，由北京中華傳統樂會副會長宋飛發起，於一九九六年六月組建，由來自中央民族樂團、中國音樂學院、中國廣播民族樂團、武警文工團的九名民樂好手組成，其中多位在國際及全國民樂比賽中獲獎，是活躍在民樂舞台上的九朵鮮花。樂團的成立將在北京及更廣泛的地區經常性的進行中國傳統民族器樂的介紹，定期舉行音樂會，意在使華夏九方豐富的民族音樂久芳於中華大地，這也是北京中華傳統樂會對推廣發揚中國傳統音樂的多項工作之一。
Ladies Ensemble of Chinese Music This ensemble was founded by Song Fei, the famous erhu master and vice-chairman of the Chinese Traditional Music Association in 1996. There was 9 members in the team and all members were from professional schools or performing units. Some of them had won prizes in competitions. After the establishment, many functions and concerts had been made in China and overseas. Their a im is to spread over the Chinese traditional music allover and this is also the same aim of the Chinese Traditional Music Association.
