盧亮輝,作曲家、演奏家、教育家。香港作曲家聯會會員、香港作曲家及作詞家協會會員、曾任台北市立國樂團演奏組副組長及副指揮、中國文化大學中國音樂學系助理教授。1939年12月,出生於印尼,原籍中國福建省永定縣。1964年,畢業於天津音樂學院作曲系,師從張筠青、許勇三、廖勝京等教授。1973年,移居香港;1977年,任職香港中樂團為全職團員,開始為樂團創作大型合奏作品;1986年,移居台灣,任職於台北市立國樂團、中國文化大學中國音樂學系。盧亮輝的創作不忘傳統,但尋求突破及反思,加進多元化的元素,分為三個基本不同的階段,最初是「學院派時期」,進而是「民族化時期」,現在是「自我突破時期」。其創作形式包括:民族器樂套曲、民族器樂合奏曲、民族器樂協奏曲、改編及配器等;主要作品則有:合奏曲《春、夏、秋、冬》四首、《宮、商、角、徵、羽》五首、《酒歌》、《鬧花燈》、《六月茉莉》、《翠谷長春》、《節慶歡舞》、《京韻隨想曲》、《生命之火》、《諸羅組曲》;二胡協奏曲《貴妃情》、高音笙協奏曲《鵝鑾鼻之春》、笛子協奏曲《喜》、琵琶協奏曲《怒》、塤協奏曲《哀》、嗩吶協奏曲《樂》、高胡協奏曲《疆風舞韻》、二胡與揚琴雙協奏曲《龍潭望雨》、小提琴與國樂團《西子灣之戀》……等等。他的作品曾多次獲得獎項,深受觀眾的喜愛,也常被選定為「全國學生音樂比賽」的參賽曲目。

LU Liang-hui (December 1939 – )

LU Liang-hui is a composer, performer, and educator. He is a member of the Hong Kong Composers’ Guild and the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong. He previously served as the Deputy Section Leader and Associate Conductor of the Taipei Chinese Orchestra and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chinese Music at the Chinese Culture University. Lu was born in Indonesia in December 1939 and is originally from Yongding County, Fujian Province, China.

In 1964, Lu graduated from the Tianjin Conservatory of Music, where he studied composition under professors ZHANG Yun-qing, XU Yong-san, and LIAO Sheng-jing. He moved to Hong Kong in 1973 and became a full-time member of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra in 1977, where he began creating large-scale ensemble works for the orchestra. In 1986, he relocated to Taiwan and worked with the Taipei Chinese Orchestra and the Department of Chinese Music at the Chinese Culture University.

LU Liang-hui’s compositions pay homage to tradition while seeking breakthroughs and reflections by incorporating diverse elements. His creative career can be divided into three distinct phases: the “Academic Period”, the “Traditional Period”, and the current “Self-Breakthrough Period.” His compositional forms include traditional instrumental suites, traditional instrumental ensembles, traditional instrumental concertos, adaptations, and orchestrations. Some of his major works include the suite “Four Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter”, the suite “Five Tones: Gong, Shang, Jiao, Zhi, Yu”, “Drinking Song”, “Festival Lanterns”, “June Jasmine”, “Green Valley in Spring”, “Festive Dance”, “Rhapsody on Beijing Melodies”, “Fire of Life”, “Zhu Luo Suite”, erhu concerto “Consort of the Imperial Consort”, gaohu concerto “Spring at Goose Neck”, dizi concerto “Joy”, pipa concerto “Anger”, xun concerto “Sorrow”, suona concerto “Joy”, gaohu concerto “Dance of the Frontier”, erhu and yangqin double concerto “Dragon Pond Expecting Rain”, violin and Chinese orchestra “Love in Xizi Bay”, and more.

Lu’s works have received numerous awards and have gained popularity among audiences. They are often selected as competition repertoire for the “National Student Music Competition.”
