A0003 何占豪（1933年8月29日 -），作曲家，指揮家，小提琴演奏家，音樂教育家，嘗任上海音樂學院教授，歷任多屆中國音樂家協會理事，上海音樂家協會副主席。1933年8月29日，出生於浙江諸暨何家山頭村的農民家庭，自幼受越劇迷的祖母影響，愛好越劇。1950年，考入浙江省文工團。1952年，加入浙江省越劇團樂隊，任揚琴、月琴演奏員，開始學習小提琴。1957年在第2屆浙江省戲曲會演獲樂師獎；同年，考入上海音樂學院管弦系小提琴專業，後轉入作曲系，專攻作曲，從師丁善德，畢業後留校任教。在校期間，與同學成立了「小提琴民族學派實驗小組」，探討小提琴作品創作和演奏上的民族風格問題。1959年，與陳鋼以中國膾炙人口的民間故事為題材，合作創作以越劇音樂為素材的小提琴協奏曲《梁山伯與祝英台》，演出大獲成功，成為中國傳統音樂和西方音樂完美結合的典範。其它主要作品有：弦樂四重奏《烈士日記》、交響詩《龍華塔》、二胡協奏曲《莫愁女幻想曲》、古箏協奏曲《孔雀東南飛》、《臨安遺恨》、《西楚霸王》、《陸游與唐婉》、《茉莉芬芳》、揚琴協奏曲《羅蘭情》……等。2013年，獲第九屆音樂金鐘獎終身成就獎。2014年，獲上海市委宣傳部授予“上海文藝終身榮譽獎”。2019年，獲第七屆上海文學藝術獎終身成就獎。現任上海音樂家協會顧問。
HE Zhan-hao (born August 29, 1933 – ) is a composer, conductor, violinist, and music educator. He has served as a professor at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and held various positions in the Chinese Musicians’ Association, including Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Musicians’ Association. He was born on August 29, 1933, in a peasant family in Hejiashantou Village, Zhuji, Zhejiang Province. Influenced by his grandmother, who was a fan of Yueju Opera, he developed a love for the art form. In 1950, he was admitted to the Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Work Troupe. In 1952, he joined the Zhejiang Provincial Yueju Opera Orchestra as a yangqin and yueqin player and began studying the violin.
In 1957, he won the Outstanding Musician Award at the 2nd Zhejiang Provincial Opera Festival. In the same year, he was admitted to the string department of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, specializing in violin. Later, he transferred to the composition department and focused on composition under the guidance of DING Shan-de. After graduating, he stayed at the conservatory as a faculty member. During his time at the conservatory, he co-founded the “Experimental Group of Violin National School” with his classmates, exploring the issues of ethnic style in violin composition and performance.
In 1959, he collaborated with CHEN Gang to create the violin concerto “The Butterfly Lovers” based on a popular Chinese folk story and incorporating elements of Yueju Opera music. The performance was a great success and became a model of perfect integration between traditional Chinese music and Western music. Some of his other major works include the String Quartet “Diary of the Martyrs”, the symphonic poem “Dragon Tower”, the erhu concerto “Fantasy of Mo Chou”, the zheng concerto “Peacock Flies to the Southeast”, “Regret at Lin’an”, “King of Western Chu”, “Lu You and Tang Wan”, “Jasmine Fragrance”, the yangqin concerto “Roland’s Love” and more.
In 2013, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 9th Music Golden Bell Awards. In 2014, he was awarded the “Shanghai Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Propaganda Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee. In 2019, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 7th Shanghai Literature and Art Awards. He currently serves as an advisor to the Shanghai Musicians’ Association.
