王甫建 WANG Pu-jian（1953年9月11日～）
王甫建，指揮家、作曲家、教育家。中國民族管弦樂學會指揮專業委員會會長、中央音樂學院教授、浙江音樂學院國樂系主任；曾擔任北京中央音樂學院青年民族管弦樂團常任指揮和藝術指導，北京市中學生「金帆」藝術團民樂團和北京大學民樂團的藝術指導和常任指揮，上海民族樂團團長兼藝術總監，上海音樂家協會顧問。1953年9月11日，出生於上海，1977年考入北京中央音樂學院指揮系，師從著名的指揮家黃飛立教授，學習交響樂指揮和合唱指揮，並修完所有作曲理論課程，畢業後留校任教，擔任該院青年民族管弦樂團常任指揮和藝術指導；自此跨入民族音樂的大門，致力於民族音樂藝術的現代探索與出新。1991年以來曾多次應邀赴台灣，先後指揮高雄市立國樂團、台北市立國樂團和台灣實驗國樂團演出大型音樂會；1996年2月，率團赴新加坡演出兩場音樂會；1997年7月，率團赴日本參加國際青少年音樂節；1999年1月，率團赴匈牙利李斯特音樂學院訪問演出並進行學術交流；2000年，應邀指揮新加坡華樂團；2001年8月，應邀到香港指揮香港中樂團；2003年，率團赴香港演出。王甫建創作的民族音樂有:琵琶與管弦樂隊《十面埋伏》、雙琵琶協奏曲《斷橋》、民族管弦樂《二泉映月》、《山歌與舞曲》、拉弦與彈撥樂《西江月》、笛子獨奏《散序》等；又委約創作了三弦與樂隊《土風四首》，琵琶與樂隊《海青拿天鵝》，琵琶協奏曲《天祭》；同時還編配改編了許多民歌和民間樂曲，大型民族管弦樂作品《太陽季節》獲得了一等獎。他亦曾客串指揮中央樂團、中央民族樂團、中國廣播民樂團等演出中國著名作曲家的交響樂作品音樂會及許多極富挑戰的現代作品音樂會。
WANG Pu-jian (born September 11, 1953) is a conductor, composer, and educator. He is the President of the Conducting Professional Committee of the Chinese Musicians’ Association, a professor at the Central Conservatory of Music, and the head of the Chinese Music Department at the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. He has previously served as the resident conductor and artistic director of the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music Youth Chinese Orchestra, as well as the artistic director and conductor for the “Jinfan” Art Troupe’s Chinese Orchestra and the Peking University Chinese Orchestra. He has also held positions as the leader and artistic director of the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra and as a consultant for the Shanghai Musicians Association.
WANG Pu-jian was born in Shanghai on September 11, 1953. In 1977, he was admitted to the Conducting Department of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, where he studied symphonic and choral conducting under the renowned conductor Professor HUANG Fei-li. He also completed all the composition theory courses during his studies. After graduating, he remained at the conservatory as a faculty member, serving as the resident conductor and artistic director of the Youth Chinese Orchestra. This marked his entry into the realm of Chinese traditional music, where he dedicated himself to exploring and innovating in the field of contemporary ethnic music art.
Since 1991, WANG Pu-jian has been invited to Taiwan multiple times, conducting performances with the Kaohsiung City Chinese Orchestra, the Taipei Chinese Orchestra, and the Taiwan Chinese Orchestra. In February 1996, he led a group to Singapore for two concerts, and in July 1997, he led a group to Japan to participate in the International Youth Music Festival. In January 1999, he visited the Liszt Academy of Music in Hungary for performances and academic exchanges. In 2000, he was invited to conduct the Singapore Chinese Orchestra, followed by conducting the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra in August 2001. In 2003, he led a group to Hong Kong for performances.
WANG Pu-jian has composed various works in the field of Chinese traditional music, including the Pipa Concerto “Ambush on All Sides”, the Double Pipa Concerto “Broken Bridge”, the Chinese Orchestra pieces “Moon Reflected on Erquan”, “Mountain Songs and Dance”, the bowed and plucked string instrument piece “West River Moon”, and the Dizi solo “Scattered Order”, among others. He has also been commissioned to create works such as the Three-stringed Instrument and Orchestra “Four Folk Tunes”, the Pipa and Orchestra “Swan in the Sea”, and the Pipa Concerto “Tianji”. Additionally, he has arranged and adapted numerous folk songs and traditional tunes. His large-scale Chinese traditional orchestral work “Season of the Sun” has received first prize. He has also made guest appearances conducting the China National Symphony Orchestra, the China National Traditional Orchestra, and the China Broadcast Chinese Orchestra in concerts featuring symphonic works by renowned Chinese composers and challenging contemporary compositions.
